Gainshare information

What is a gainshare?

A Gainshare job refers to a role or arrangement where employees or vendors are compensated based on the measurable financial gains or savings they help a company achieve. Instead of a fixed salary or fee, compensation is tied directly to performance outcomes, such as cost reductions or increased revenues. This type of incentive system aligns the interests of workers or partners with the organization’s goals, encouraging efficiency and innovation. Gainshare roles are commonly found in industries like consulting, supply chain, and manufacturing, where performance improvements can be clearly quantified.

How does working in a gainshare role influence team collaboration and performance measurement?

In a Gainshare role, collaboration is essential, as team members work together to achieve shared performance goals tied directly to financial incentives. This structure encourages open communication, problem-solving, and a collective focus on efficiency and innovation. Performance is measured against established benchmarks, and rewards are distributed based on the overall success of the team, motivating everyone to contribute their best efforts. Regular meetings and transparent progress tracking help align individual actions with the group’s objectives, fostering a supportive and high-performing environment.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a gainshare account manager, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Gainshare Account Manager, you need strong analytical abilities, a background in marketing or business, and experience managing performance-based client accounts. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and data analytics tools is typically required, along with knowledge of contract management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills help you foster trust and drive client success in revenue-sharing models. These skills are crucial for optimizing campaign performance, ensuring client satisfaction, and achieving mutual profitability.

Job description

Sports Performance Physical Therapist

KIME Performance · East Sacramento, CA — 6700 Folsom Blvd
Base Salary $75,000–$100,000 · Total Compensation $95,000–$175,000+

Diagnose deeply. Treat intentionally.

We’re hiring a Sports Performance Physical Therapist for our East Sacramento clinic.

Our vision is to upgrade 100,000 lives by 2030, and we get there by developing clinicians who can bridge rehabilitation and performance — progressing patients from pain to function to return-to-sport through clinical reasoning, measurable outcomes, and one-on-one care.

We believe elite sports medicine requires both high standards and continuous development.

The Location

Our East Sacramento clinic sits between McKinley Park, the American River Parkway, and the Fab 40s. Your caseload reflects the neighborhood: high school and collegiate athletes, endurance athletes training year-round on the Parkway, and active adults who refuse to slow down.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic and performance-based conditions
• Build individualized, goal-driven plans of care
• Use force-plate and objective performance data to inform return-to-sport decisions
• Collaborate with clinicians, coaches, and support staff
• Mentor DPT students rotating through the clinic (optional)

What You’ll Find

• Autonomy with accountability — set your start time within 6am–6pm operating hours
• One-on-one treatment time and ownership of your caseload
• Structured mentorship, weekly case reviews, and a defined clinical progression pathway through KIMEU
• Force plates, performance training space, and outcome-tracking infrastructure
• A team committed to raising the standard in sports physical therapy

Compensation

Base Salary
$75,000–$100,000 (PT Level I–III)

Gainshare
Uncapped, performance-based

Total Compensation
$95,000–$175,000+

We’ll walk you through how Gainshare works during the interview process.

Benefits

• Medical (PPO or HMO), Dental, and Vision
• 401(k) with employer match · HSA & FSA options
• Complimentary Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability
• Childcare Assistance — $5,000 per family for children ages 0–5 (IRS-eligible)
• PTO — 10 vacation, 5 sick, 7 holidays in year one (grows with PT Level)
• Employee Assistance and Employee Discount Programs
• PSLF Eligible — rare in outpatient private practice and potentially worth tens of thousands over the life of your loans

Requirements

• Licensed PT in California (or license-eligible)
• DPT, MPT, or equivalent degree
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

We welcome clinicians at every stage of their career.
