Warehouse Clerk - Weekend Night Shift (12AM - 1230PM)

As part of the Contract Logistics team at Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing solutions that keep goods moving efficiently. You'll report to a Supervisor and use the WMS to generate paperwork, maintain accurate documentation, and support daily warehouse operations in line with GDP standards. The role includes coordinating with carriers and internal teams, performing clerical tasks, and verifying inventory accuracy. This is a Weekend Night Shift position, Friday through Sunday from 12:00 AM to 12:30 PM, with a base pay of $26.72/hr.
How you create impact
  • Validate and record shipments manually and in WMS for all inbound and outbound activities in alignment with GDP standards
  • Maintain shipment records for all incoming and outgoing freight, ensuring documentation meets GDP requirements
  • Prepare documentation including pick lists, packing lists, and POD recovery with high accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • Communicate with carriers, customers, operations teams, and management to coordinate daily workflow and resolve discrepancies
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, inbound/outbound calls, radio communication, and data entry
  • Verify and receive inventory by checking product accuracy, condition, and compliance with GDP handling and storage guidelines
  • Apply GDP principles to ensure proper handling, traceability, documentation, and storage of pharmaceutical products throughout the distribution process
  • Other tasks as assigned

What we would like you to bring
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment with at least one year of experience as a warehouse clerk
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of order entry systems
  • WMS and customer service experience
