About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Engineer I who enjoys solving technical challenges and working directly with customers. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Account Executives to identify customer needs, recommend solutions, and help bring complex engineering applications to life.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to blend technical expertise with customer-facing experience. You’ll play a key role in translating complex concepts into clear, value-driven solutions for customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to inquiries and RFQs, assess technical requirements, and recommend tailored solutions
  • Identify new opportunities and support business development effort
  • Prepare and send quotations, process purchase orders, and provide delivery updates
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillmen
  • Assist customers with product selection and application support
  • Manage RMAs and provide post-sale support
  • Share customer feedback with engineering, quality, and leadership team
  • Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems
  • Proactively follow up and nurture long-term customer relationship
  • Conduct research on products, technologies, and industry trends
  • Support competitive analysis and help identify growth opportunitie
  • Participate in trade shows, customer visits, and industry events
  • Deliver technical presentations to customers and stakeholder
  • Assist in preparing technical proposals and supporting custom project discussions

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
  • 1–3 years of experience in technical sales, engineering, or manufacturing (preferred)

Skills & Strengths

  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn complex products quickly
  • Excellent communication skills—able to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with sensors, load cells, or measurement systems
  • Exposure to technical sales or customer-facing engineering roles

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Primarily office-based, with occasional time in the production environment
