Description
The primary responsibility for this position will be managing and documenting our Atlassian environment to include Jira, Confluence, Service Desk, and Bitbucket in addition to other add-on features to those products.  You will need to be proficient in the management of the front-end applications but not necessarily a SME-level applicant.  Knowledge of the Linux back-end would be nice but not required although you will be responsible for managing the tracking and implementation of updates and licensing even if you are not the person that will be applying them.   
In addition, the applicant will be responsible for assisting the Lead with compliance, i.e. tracking and managing the implementation of security measures and monitoring agents.
Your duties will also include user support for Windows desktop systems for both software and hardware issues, a responsibility we all share.
A knowledge of the following would be  a plus:
-networking, specifically using Cisco switches and firewalls
-NetApp (data storage)
-Rubrik (backup device)
-VMWare
-Linux
Requirements
Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph Clearance Required
10+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator in environments of similar complexity.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field OR an additional 5 years of SA experience in lieu of degree.
Familiarity with Atlassian products Compliance expertise—if you can keep us aligned with security and regulatory standards, that’s a huge plus.
Experience with Linux administration is nice to have but not a must.
