Pay Range: $80.383 - 99,675 annually (Plus Incentive)
Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle
As NFM's Pro Services Sales Manager, you will lead the development and daily operation of an assigned territory of NFM Builder Sales. You will be responsible for ensuring market share penetration, sales organization and well-managed builder relationships.
Job Duties: A Day in the Life
  • Monitor Analyze market to determine product mix, sales approach, appropriate margin requirements and services to provide
  • Manage relationships with installers and builders, ensuring their continued loyalty to NFM
  • Plan In some regions, a responsibility will be to research, determine and implement initial entry and on-going market strategies to build the business from zero
  • Assist Set direction on how to maximize the opportunity with each and every builder

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?
  • Bachelor's degree in business, related field or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience
  • 5 years of management experience
  • 3 years of retail and/or wholesale experience in the appropriate product category
  • Builder experience preferred
  • Entering new market - proven track record
  • Experience at setting strategies for growing market penetration
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • English/Spanish bilingual speakers preferred
  • Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, motor vehicle and criminal background check
