High-Impact Responsibilities
  • Own Every Stage of the Sales Cycle -Manage inquiries, cold calls, tours, follow-ups, and move-ins - you are the engine behind occupancy.
  • Maintain occupancy at or above budgeted levels month after month.
  • Speed = Your Advantage - Respond to all inquiries immediately; speed-to-lead is your competitive edge.
  • Build a Referral Power Network - Rapidly develop relationships with discharge planners, elder law attorneys, financial advisors, physicians, and other top referral sources.
  • High-Conversion Event Strategy- Lead tours, community events, and closing events designed to secure deposits on the spot.
  • Relentless Funnel Management - Track inquiries, tours, follow-up, move-ins, and outreach in CRM; ensure every lead has a "next step." Identify funnel gaps and execute fast, creative solutions to increase conversions.

  • Bachelor's degree (emphasis in sales/marketing preferred).
  • Two years' experience in marketing/sales.
  • One year experience in senior housing or healthcare-related field.
  • One year experience in hospitality preferred.
