Description:

Bradford Allen (www.BradfordAllen.com), a Chicago-based commercial real estate firm providing a full spectrum of brokerage services is seeking to hire a broker to join our downtown agency services team in our Chicago office on Wacker Drive (300 S. Wacker, Chicago, IL 60606).


The candidate will join the office division of the downtown leasing practice. Candidate will be an agent on some existing office assignments already with the firm. Additional assignments can be anticipated to funnel through the firm, but candidate will be expected to source some landlord representation deals as well. The primary role will be to service existing clients and help grow the division year-over-year with the support of the company, which has dedicated the resources, technology and people to assist in making the goal a reality.

Compensation – Commission structure with available draw if needed

RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Service existing accounts
  • Ability to work in a team capacity
  • Develop strong relationships with existing clients and prospective clients
  • Assist in the development and preparation of marketing and presentation materials
  • Prospect for tenants and clients
  • Perform all typical roles of a landlord broker
  • Compile reporting for owners
  • Coordinate broker previews
  • Run financial deal analyses
Requirements:
  • Illinois Real Estate Broker’s license
  • Must have 1-5 years of office leasing experience, will consider tenant rep. brokers looking to transition
  • Openness to prospecting tenants and clients for the portfolio 
  • Strong communication skills (oral, written & presentation)
  • Must possess a professional presence and be a strong relationship builder
  • Ideal candidate is driven, optimistic, detail oriented, outgoing, and a self-starter
  • Preference for candidate that lives in city of Chicago
  • This is an in-office position (Fridays are flex days, subject to schedule)
