Please Note: This is a Utah-based hybrid position, which will require some regular in-office days each week. Additionally, employment with Medallion Bank is contingent on passing both a background check and maintaining a clean background.

How you will support the team:

Responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Funding team by managing key administrative and workflow functions within the recreation loan funding process. Responsible for overseeing the recreations funding queue, assigning loan files, coordinating communications with internal and external partners, maintaining documentation, and assisting with reporting and other departmental activities.


What we are looking for:

  • Manage the Recreations (REC) Funding queue and coordinate between the Funding department, dealers, and Financial Service Providers (FSPs)
  • Monitor workflow and assign recreation loan files to Funding Specialists to ensure timely processing.
  • Combine, organize, save, and maintain loan-related documentation and records.
  • Respond to and manage department email communications in a professional and timely manner.
  • Review reports, identify discrepancies, and assist in resolving issues to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Cross-train in the Funding Specialist role to provide operational support and coverage as needed.
  • Assist with departmental reporting and special projects.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the Funding department.

Physical environment and physical demands and requirements:

  • Minimum of three (3) days in office work required each week.
  • Cubicle workstation. Regular interaction with internal departments, dealers, and financial service providers.
  • May require occasional overtime or schedule flexibility to meet business needs
