Your Mission & Challenges-
Own Safety Strategy: Drive the functional safety strategy across the full product portfolio. Establish lifecycle processes, safety plans, and governance structures aligned with IEC 61508 and ISO 13849.

Lead & Develop: Build and coach associated safety engineers across product lines—set priorities, establish safety plans and track the execution, and coach safety engineers hands‑on from first risk assessment (RA, HARA) through to safety case closure.

Compile the Safety Case: Own the safety case methodology end‑to‑end. Drive HARA, FMEA, FTA, and STPA campaigns, ensure requirement derivation, traceability, and verification across HW/SW/system, and deliver defensible safety argumentation per product line.
