Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Project Manager with 3–5 years of experience to oversee and deliver IT initiatives that align with business needs across the organization. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional technology projects from concept to implementation, ensuring deliverables meet scope, schedule, and quality expectations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership

    • Lead the cross-functional delivery of a wide range of IT solutions.

    • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and project retrospectives to manage the entire project lifecycle.

    • Break down complex multi-disciplinary projects into prioritized and properly scoped action plans.

  • Planning & Execution

    • Define project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.

    • Track progress and create clear visibility for team members and stakeholders.

    • Ensure IT projects stay aligned with business objectives.

  • Dependency & Risk Management

    • Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, constraints, and risks.

    • Develop and drive mitigation and contingency plans.

    • Escalate critical issues to leadership and propose actionable solutions.

  • Collaboration & Communication

    • Partner with technical and product teams to translate requirements into actionable project tasks.

    • Provide frequent project updates to stakeholders and leadership.

    • Maintain clear, professional communication across teams.


Qualifications
  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline.

  • Experience:

    • 3–5 years of IT project management experience.

    • Demonstrated success leading projects from initiation to delivery.

    • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments strongly preferred.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar).

    • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong leadership and team facilitation skills.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

    • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Hybrid role: 4 days in office, 1 day remote.
