Intelligent Video Solutions (IVS) is presenting a great opportunity to join a fast-growing and innovative technology company. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager professional to join our project management team!

Our flagship software, VALT, empowers industries including clinical skills training, education, and law enforcement to use video capture more effectively. What will you do?


Communicate with cross-functional teams:

- Initiate kickoff meetings with internal team

- Work with other IVS teams to uncover any unique or specific details

for each job

- Communicate change orders with appropriate internal teams

- Work with internal teams to assign appropriate resources

- Prepare project documentation for Install Techs

- Daily follow up/check ins with the Install Techs

- Weekly check ins with PM Manager and other internal teams

Communicate with Customer:

- Initiate kickoff meeting with customer, general contractor, and other

client stakeholders

- Schedule follow up meetings to ensure site is ready for install

- Develop a complete understanding of how the hardware & software

will be used.

- Work through the project prerequisites, site readiness, and timeline.

- Be the main point of contact from the time of sale to the end of the

installation, communicating any issues effectively

- Provide regular project updates and follow-up communications


Additional Duties:

- Document all communication properly for both IVS team and the

customer

- Schedule installs based on company and customer availability

- Read construction blueprints/floorplans/AV schematics

- Track all outstanding items until job completion

- Travel when needed for training or education opportunities
