Palfinger North America is seeking a results-driven Regional Project Manager - Make or Buy to lead strategic sourcing and outsourcing initiatives across the region. This role offers the opportunity to drive impactful projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the growth and success of a global leader in hydraulic lifting solutions.

Your Tasks

  • Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of regional Make or Buy and outsourcing projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including procurement, R&D, quality, industrial engineering, operations, and finance to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Track project progress, manage risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Support product relocation projects and provide reports, analyses, and updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings, retrospectives, post-project reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of project management experience in industrial or manufacturing environments, including make-or-buy and sourcing activities.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid) and experience with tools like Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and SAP ERP.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish a plus), with the ability to train, mentor, and influence cross-functional teams.
  • PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification a plus; ability to travel up to 30% within the USA and Mexico.
