Opportunity:
Sanctuary Functional Medicine is seeking a Registered Nurse who demonstrates a strong passion and eagerness to excel in Functional Health Intensive and Wellness Care. Position Summary:
The role of the RN at SFM will be to provide holistic care to all our patients while in-office. You will work in collaboration with our clinical providers, as part of the nursing team, to provide the best patient care and experience while focusing on triage, coordinating labs, scheduling appointments. This will be a full-time Monday through Friday position.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Administer clinic nursing care.
  • Take patient history and vitals prior to office visit.
  • Complete patient follow-up/instructions after visit as directed.
  • Instructions for upcoming visits, details on lab tests, and kits.
  • Answer patient questions via patient portal, phone, or face-to-face.
  • Triage patients in-office and over the phone.
  • Communicate with collaborating physicians and clinicians regarding patient care.
  • Maintain accurate electronic patient medical records.
  • Schedule patient appointments per template.
  • Provide advice, emotional and spiritual support to patients, family members, and friends.
  • Participation in nursing team meetings.
Required Qualifications:
License/Certification:
  • RN with a minimum of 2 years experience.
  • BLS for Healthcare Providers (Required).
  • Previous nursing experience in a clinic outpatient setting preferred.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Ability to build rapport with patients.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, as well as multitasking.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with adults, as well as pediatric patients.
  • Must be open-minded to training and willing to learn new techniques.
  • Computer EMR proficiency, Microsoft Office.
This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday that will require full-time in clinic.
