Job description

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Disciplinary and/or functional management of employees
  • Responsible for budget planning and tracking in the assigned area
  • Assuming responsibility for serving individual markets within the assigned country remit
  • Independently supporting customers and acquiring new customers, which will involve travel
  • Coordinating the collaboration and supporting international cooperation
  • Drawing up market concepts and strategies and implementing the sales targets within the assigned remit in coordination with the Director Sales
  • Implementing the sales structure in the countries within the assigned remit
  • Assisting with competitor analyses and the creation of market strategies and market potential analyses with the Director Sales
  • Planning and monitoring sales for the assigned markets in coordination with the Director Sales
  • Negotiating prices, conditions and agreed targets in coordination with the Director Sales
  • Acting as a point of contact and coordinator between the customer, Customer Service department and ElringKlinger
  • Participating in product and program strategy and development
  • Assisting with the international price strategy/price standardization/pricing in coordination with the Director Sales
  • Independently planning and running marketing activities and trade shows in coordination with the Director Sales
  • Organizing international ITG events and negotiations in coordination with the Director Sales
  • Organizing customer support for events at the EK plants
  • Processing complaints and handling communications in connection with complaints
  • Functional management of employees at the international IAM sites within the assigned country remit in coordination with the Director Sales
  • Supporting/managing the commission agents within the assigned country remit in coordination with the Director Sales
  • Helping to achieve the departmental targets

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Completed Bachelor's Degree Business Management or other relevant field

  • At least 4 years of professional experience in similar role, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in Aftermarket industry

  • At least 1 year of experience in SAP (preferred)
