Role: PLM Functional Analyst
Location: Santa Clara, CA - Onsite
Job description:
Looking for a functional analyst located in Santa Clara to support cross functional projects in Lab Operations portfolio.
โ€ข Responsible for innovation and end-to-end development of products.
โ€ข Collaborates with IT portfolio managers, PM & customers to co-develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.
โ€ข Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement.
โ€ข Turns data insights into products with actionable outcomes to the ultimate customer.
โ€ข Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
โ€ข Define and write/review the Functional process document (FS) in line with the BPD/BRD.
โ€ข Present the FS to Technical architect for them to complete the design.
โ€ข Review and approve the functional & technical design working with Business.
โ€ข Should be able to manage Functional process for multiple projects with a team of functional analysts.
โ€ข Ensure timely documentation of requirements.
โ€ข Review the UAT test case and work with business and execution team closely to complete the UAT
โ€ข To Support Global business per their time zones.
โ€ข Participate in QA checkpoints during delivery to provide guidance and ensure solution aligns with original scope
โ€ข Control change management working with Portfolio manager and delivery lead
โ€ข Support the functional architecture for multiple processes in an R & D environment.
โ€ข Develops, owns, and executes product roadmap.
โ€ข Works with user-focused groups to define the self-service user experience, support, and monitoring for customers.
โ€ข Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
โ€ข Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.
โ€ข Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.
โ€ข Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment.
