The successful candidate will provide key role with cross-functional leaders to ensure aligned objectives, staffing and execution of work.

Vision & Strategy Execution: Lead OSM functional team in achieving the IDE Saber 2.0 vision, ensuring MES/PLM capabilities provide measurable business value.
1LMX Culture Drive: Champion the 1LMX culture, fostering collaboration across business areas to standardize processes, eliminate redundancies, and modernize systems.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the OSM functional leader coordinating to achieve functional metrics performance, functional testing, communications and training for operational success.
Decision-Making & Alignment: Provide decisive direction in partnership to ensure the team has clear objectives and skills in adopting the capabilities and managing the work.
