Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Physical Therapy Technician to join our fun and energetic outpatient orthopedic clinic. In this role, you will support the physical therapists and ensure smooth clinic operations.
  • Greet patients and provide outstanding customer service
  • Assist physical therapists with patient care and treatment plans
  • Administer hot and cold packs and monitor therapeutic exercises
  • Maintain therapy equipment and ensure a clean, safe clinic environment
  • Coordinate care for each patient from initial evaluation to discharge
  • Perform data entry, maintain patient charts, and update electronic medical records
  • Answer phones and manage electronic scheduling
  • Handle administrative tasks, including faxing, filing, and other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in a medical or physical therapy setting preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and assist therapists with patient care
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel; experience with medical software preferred
  • Flexibility with work hours and availability
  • Attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Team player attitude with an energetic focus on providing the best care
