• Eagerly assess and evaluate patients with orthopedic conditions, innovatively identifying their unique needs and challenges as they recover.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including exercise regimens, manual therapy techniques, and cutting-edge equipment to develop and implement customized treatment plans.

• Continuously monitor progress through objective measurements and patient feedback to ensure the efficacy of treatment plans, allowing for timely adjustments as necessary.

• Educate and involve patients, their families, and caregivers in the therapeutic process by providing training on rehabilitative exercises and appropriate use of assistive devices.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient interactions, treatment techniques, outcomes, and follow-up plans in accordance with compliance standards.

• Attend professional development workshops and participate in clinical meetings to stay current with advancements in the field of physical therapy and orthopedic treatment.

Our clientele ranges from children recovering from sports injuries to adults facing post-surgical rehabilitation or chronic orthopedic conditions such as arthritis and mobility impairments. You will work hand-in-hand with a diverse patient population, tailoring your approach to meet individual needs and fostering an environment where patients feel supported and motivated to achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Must possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

• A valid state license to practice physical therapy in New Jersey is required.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective patient interaction and documentation.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic computer skills are preferred to streamline patient management.

• While previous experience is not mandatory, we welcome graduates and those with specialized training in orthopedic physical therapy.

• Experience in a rehabilitation setting is considered an asset, as you will benefit from understanding diverse treatment methodologies.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 based on experience and qualifications.
