We're proactively connecting with talented professionals for projected Project Coordinator opening expected in late 2026 and early 2027.

We're looking for aProject Coordinatorwho will take ownership of project support, anticipate team needs, and help drive projects from startup through closeout. This individual will play a key role in keeping projects organized, on track, and moving forward-partnering closely with Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents to manage documentation, coordinate meetings and schedules, track submittals and changes, and ensure clear communication across teams.


The Project Coordinator will bring experience in project coordination or construction support, along with strong organization, communication, and time management skills. They are proactive, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This individual takes ownership of their work, builds strong relationships, and is comfortable using technology and project systems to support successful project delivery.


Skills & Qualifications include:

  • An Associates degree (A.A) and six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, trade partners, owners, architects, and clients
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to quickly learn new project management systems and tools
  • Experience supporting construction projects, including document control, contract administration, and project coordination, is preferred
  • Detail-oriented and a strong sense of ownership
  • This role involves working independently on a day-to-day basis while maintaining regular communication and collaboration with a manager and team located in a separate office
  • Ability to work on occasional weekend and/or evening
  • Occasional travel
