What we're looking for...

At Showcase, the Store Manager role will awaken and foster your entrepreneurial spirit. The successful candidate is a natural leader who is able to manage, engage and inspire team members.  Reporting to your District Manager, you are responsible for the growth of top line sales and provide an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing...

  • Accountable for recruiting, developing and retaining top talent
  • High level of passion and energy, while providing an expert level of product knowledge
  • Create a fun and interactive atmosphere, including store front demos
  • Ensure your Team meets sales goals and key metrics
  • Executing company standards in all store operations

What you'll need to be successful...      

  • A minimum of two years' manager experience in a retail environment
  • A high level of customer focus with clear and engaging communication skills
  • Effective coach who has the ability to inspire top performers
  • Superior time management and organizational skills
