Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA)

Fun Play ABA Therapy Services is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) to join our growing team. We provide assent-based, compassionate ABA therapy that prioritizes each child's autonomy, dignity, and individual strengths. Our goal is to create meaningful, socially significant outcomes through ethical, evidence-based practices while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for our clinicians.

As a QBA, you will oversee individualized treatment programs, provide clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians (as permitted by credentialing and state regulations), collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers, and ensure high-quality services that align with QABA standards, ethical practice, and evidence-based principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support behavior technicians in accordance with QABA standards and applicable state regulations.
  • Provide caregiver training to promote the generalization and maintenance of client skills.
  • Analyze treatment data and modify intervention plans based on client progress.
  • Complete clinical documentation, assessments, and reports in a timely manner.
  • Ensure services are delivered in accordance with QABA ethical standards, payer requirements, and organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals, educators, and healthcare providers as appropriate.
  • Maintain productivity while delivering high-quality, compassionate, assent-based care.
  • Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

  • Current Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) certification in good standing.
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Active state licensure, if required.
  • Experience providing ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and behavior analytic skills.
  • Experience supervising behavior technicians and providing caregiver training.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with families and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations, if applicable.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience providing assent-based, compassionate ABA services.
  • Experience in home, clinic, school, and community-based settings.
