A Day In The Life
We run on a crew of 15 - 25 committed team members, with 2 - 8 people scheduled on each shift per trailer, depending on the day of the week. You will have fun as you rotate between the 3 trailers and 1 food truck we have operating :)

No one would have pegged the two brothers from a hard-working, blue-collar area of Detroit for restaurant owners, but that's exactly what they are. The pizza at Via 313 is inspired by traditional Detroit-Style pies(Cloverleaf, Buddy's, Loui's, Niki's) and the best traditional pizzas in the region.

On December 8, 2011, the Hunts opened Via 313 Pizza out of a small & nondescript trailer on East 6th and Waller with the dream of bringing Detroit-style pizza to people from all over. Here at VIA 313 we make genuine, Detroit-style pizza for our family and friends. We take pride in having studied the best pizza our hometown has to offer. We take special care to use only the finest ingredients. Our pizzas are built right, to the last bite— it’s our guarantee.
