A Day In The Life

We run on a crew of 15 - 25 committed team members, with 2 - 8 people scheduled on each shift per trailer, depending on the day of the week. You will have fun as you rotate between the 3 trailers and 1 food truck we have operating :)

The pizza at Via 313 is inspired by traditional Detroit-Style pies(Cloverleaf, Buddy's, Loui's, Niki's) and the best traditional pizzas in the region.
