As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll provide direct 1:1 support to children in home

and community settings, helping them build essential life and communication skills


Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

• Implement behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA

• Collect and record data on client progress

• Support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living

• Assist with behavior management strategies

• Work closely with families, caregivers, and clinical teams

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes

• Help create a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment

What we expect from our RBTs

 RBT Certification preferred (we can help you get certified)

 Passion for working with children

 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred

 High school diploma or equivalent (required) 

 Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required) 

 Proficiency in data collection methods to track client progress effectively.

 Strong communication and teamwork skills

 Patient, compassionate, and dependable personality

 Ability to follow clinical direction and collect accurate data
