As a Remote Behavior Technician, your day usually consists of virtual one-on-one sessions with clients to implement behavioral interventions under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst's (BCBA) supervision. You’ll use telehealth platforms to interact, collect data on client progress, and participate in regular training or team meetings. Schedules can be flexible, often accommodating both part-time and full-time hours depending on client needs. Each day may bring variety as you adapt interventions and collaborate closely with BCBAs and caregivers to support client goals.
