This full-time Physical Therapist position is onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in Fairfax, Virginia. The environment is designed to be efficient and supportive, with modern equipment and facilities that enable optimal patient care. Operating primarily on a Monday to Friday schedule, there may also be some weekend availability required to accommodate patient needs.

In this role, the Physical Therapist will:

• Implement a variety of evidence-based treatment techniques while educating and supporting patients and their families throughout the rehabilitation process.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, positively impacting patient satisfaction and department effectiveness.

Our patient population predominantly includes athletes and active individuals experiencing sports-related injuries or looking to enhance their performance capabilities. To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
• A current, valid physical therapy license in the State of Virginia.
• Current CPR certification, required at the time of hire.
• The ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive demeanor.
• Dependability and flexibility to adapt to changing situations promptly.
• Strong teamwork orientation and the ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions.
• Excellent analytical skills alongside strong organizational abilities and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and a solid understanding of basic computer applications relevant to the role.

While a minimum of two years of experience in the field is mandatory, we are particularly interested in candidates with hands-on experience in sports medicine and rehabilitation.
