  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience with a mix of the following technologies:
  • OracleFunctionalRoles:Oracle Cloud Fusion PDH (2+years)
  • Development:JavaScript / Node.js / Vue.js, Java / Spring Boot
  • Databases:MongoDB, Oracle, PostgreSQL, PL/SQL
  • Containers & Platforms:OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker
  • CI/CD & Tooling:GitHub, Jenkins, AI-assisted coding tools
  • Testfirst mindset with experience in test automation, unit,functional, end-to-end, and regression testing.
  • Ability to critically analyze and decompose complex technical requirements. Strong problem-definition,requirementselicitation, impact analysis, and solution design skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think innovatively, present alternative solutions, anddemonstratecreativity in problem-solving and application design.

  • Familiarity with diagramming and presentation tools (e.g., Lucid, PowerPoint)
  • Deep understanding of Data Quality Management (Survivorship Rules, Match Rules).
  • Expertisein defining Item Attributes, Item Classes, and Security Policies.
  • Proven experience in managing Change Orders and Workflows (NIR).
  • Strong Proficiency in FBDI, SQL, and Data Publishing processes.
  • Exposure to AI concepts such as LLMs, RAG, agents, or prompt engineering
