• Ability to develop applications and backend services using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Java Script, JQuery, Angular JS, Node.js, CSS and Blazor.
• Design and develop using appropriate software design patterns to attain high reusability and maintainability.
• Write effective unit tests and integration tests to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• In-depth knowledge of system design patterns, tiered architecture, and testing practices.
• Understanding of key business processes and competitive strategies related to the IT function.
• Work with project business and system analysts to clarify the requirements and then implement them.
• Participate in Agile SDLC.

• 10+ years of experience in web application development with strong proficiency in JavaScript, including frameworks/libraries such as jQuery, React, Angular, or Blazor, as well as HTML5 and CSS3.
• 10+ years of experience with automated builds using Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS).
• 7+ years of experience working with Oracle SQL Server databases.
• 7+ years of experience with PL/SQL and Oracle Database development.
• 7+ years of experience in process automation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• 3+ years of experience working within Agile SDLC methodologies and best practices.

Location: 1401 E Broad St Richmond, VA 23219 (Hybrid)

Salary: $120,000-$125,000 annually with benefits
