As a Senior Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our software solutions. You will be responsible for creating and managing APIs, optimizing backend systems, and ensuring the performance and scalability of our applications. Your expertise in C#, .NET, PostgreSQL, and Azure will be essential in driving our technology forward. Additionally, you will mentor junior developers and contribute to the overall architecture and design of our software systems. This position may be hybrid from our Lexington, KY office or remote for candidates located within select regions of the US.

What You'll Do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using C# and .NET
  • Create and manage APIs to ensure seamless integration with various systems
  • Develop andoptimize backend systems, ensuring scalability and performance
  • Work with PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning
  • Utilize Azure for cloud-based solutions, including deployment, monitoring, and management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the software system

  • Proven experience in C#, .NET, and API design
  • Strong background in backend development and database management with PostgreSQL
  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services
  • Familiarity with Databricks is a plus
