$250K Starting Salary | Primarily Outpatient Only | Monโ€“Fri, No Weekends | Northern CA
Jiva Health is growing across Northern California and seeking a full-time Sleep Medicine physician to join our outpatient team. We welcome both experienced physicians and recent graduates, and we offer H1B visa sponsorship.
Highlights:
- $250K base salary with extensive room for growth
- Sign-on bonus + relocation allowance (2-year commitment)
- Outpatient only โ€“ no hospital or inpatient responsibilities
- Mondayโ€“Friday schedule (8 am - 5 pm)
- No call or weekends required
