THE OPPORTUNITY
PeaceHealth is seeking a dedicated full-time Sleep Medicine clinician to join our outpatient Sleep program in Eugene, Oregon.
This role supports a daytime, clinic-based service focused on diagnostic consultation, PAP therapy management, and longitudinal follow-up care. No overnight sleep lab operations are performend at this location. PeaceHealth offers the latest tools and support to streamline your day.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Provide outpatient evaluation and management of sleep disorders
  • Interpret home sleep apnea tests (HSAT) and external polysomnography results.
  • Initiate and manage PAP therapy, including adherence monitoring, troubleshooting, and compliance documentation.
  • Conduct follow-up visits for PAP compliance, symptom review, and treatment optimization.
  • Communicate diagnostic impressions and care plans to referring providers.
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation aligned with PeaceHealth and payer requirements.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to PAP adherence, patient education, and workflow efficiency.

Outpatient clinic only - no overnight sleep studies or in-lab polysomnography.
  • Standard daytime clinic hours.
  • Collaborative team including Pulmonary, Respiratory Therapy, and support staff.
  • High-volume PAP management and follow-up workflow.
