Job description

Responsibilities
• Define and Track the end-to-end product engineering plan of record for parallel software releases
• Manage cross-functional expectations and dependencies with various technology, product management and operations teams that are distributed globally
• Track and Report the production incident support backlog and resolution
Skills: Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with current datacenter and web technologies (especially Cloud)
• Self-motivated problem solver; able to thrive in a dynamic and customer-focused environment
• Demonstrated ability to maintain composure in stressful situations, responds to customer needs quickly and effectively, adapts to change
• Prior experience working with or managing large technical programs, particularly at high growth startups or Fortune 500 companies
• Working experience as a SCRUM master

• 7+ years leading complex, large scale, technical/engineering programs
• 5+ years managing Agile projects(Kanban/Sprints), ideally using Atlassian Confluence/Jira or comparable tools
