Responsibilities
โ€ข Define and Track the end-to-end product engineering plan of record for parallel software releases
โ€ข Manage cross-functional expectations and dependencies with various technology, product management and operations teams that are distributed globally
โ€ข Track and Report the production incident support backlog and resolution
Skills: Preferred Qualifications
โ€ข Experience working with current datacenter and web technologies (especially Cloud)
โ€ข Self-motivated problem solver; able to thrive in a dynamic and customer-focused environment
โ€ข Demonstrated ability to maintain composure in stressful situations, responds to customer needs quickly and effectively, adapts to change
โ€ข Prior experience working with or managing large technical programs, particularly at high growth startups or Fortune 500 companies
โ€ข Working experience as a SCRUM master
