Job description

Experienced Electro-Mechanical & Electronic Assemblers | $23+/Hour


Express Employment Professionals | San Diego, CA

Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for multiple Electro-Mechanical, Electronic, and Technical Assembly positions with established companies throughout the San Diego area.


Pay: $23+/hour, depending on experience


We are looking for hands-on candidates who enjoy working with tools, mechanical components, wiring, electronics, and detailed assembly instructions.

What You May Be Doing

  • Assemble electro-mechanical and electronic components and equipment
  • Work from mechanical drawings, wiring schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions
  • Use hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, fixtures, and test equipment
  • Perform basic testing, troubleshooting, and quality inspections
  • Complete wiring, cable, and small electronic assembly
  • Follow established production, quality, and safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Work closely with production and engineering teams


What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years of relevant assembly, manufacturing, or technical production experience preferred
  • Experience with electro-mechanical or electronic assembly is a plus
  • Ability to read and follow detailed drawings, schematics, and written instructions
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Soldering experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable attendance and transportation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
