  • Champion Coding Integrity: Safeguard the precision of our revenue cycle by performing rigorous, ongoing audits, ensuring every claim is backed by robust, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
  • Drive Quality Excellence: Execute comprehensive record reviews in alignment with our system coding audit plan, maintaining consistent, high-standard output that reflects our commitment to clinical and financial excellence.
  • Deliver Actionable Insights: Translate complex audit findings into clear, impactful reports for key stakeholders, partnering with teams to develop corrective action plans that turn identified opportunities into operational wins.
  • Protect Compliance Health: Collaborate in the management of our enterprise auditing and monitoring program, proactively addressing high-risk compliance areas to ensure our organization remains resilient, ethical, and fully aligned with regulatory requirements.
What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) credentialed from the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) preferred.
  • Reg Health Info Admnstr credentialed from the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) preferred.
  • Reg Health Info Tech credentialed from the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) preferred.
  • Certified Professional Coder (CPC) credentialed from the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) preferred.

Education:

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.

Work Experience:

  • 1 year of experience required.
