MedQuest Imaging, a trusted partner of OrthoCarolina, is seeking dynamic individuals to join our innovative team. We’re a premier manager of outpatient diagnostic imaging facilities, dedicated to our team members' growth and development through our internal multi-modality training program, and we want you.

Facility: OrthoCarolina - Ballantyne

Location: 15825 Ballantyne Medical Place, Charlotte, NC 28277

Position Type: Full-Time with benefits, 31 hours per week

Work Schedule Details: This is a 31-hour position. Shifts needing coverage are Friday from 3PM - 10PM, Saturday from 7AM-7PM, and Sunday from 7AM -7PM.


Responsibilities

As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for the integration of scientific knowledge and technical skills with effective patient interaction to provide quality patient care and useful diagnostic information. This responsibility includes completing scans effectively and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of patient care possible in order to provide the most remarkable patient experience.


Qualifications

Education:

  • Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program
  • ARRT registered with advanced registry in MRI
  • Must complete required CEU’s in a timely manner to ensure Certification remains active
  • Active state licensure, where applicable
  • CPR Certification is required

Prior Experience:

  • 0+ years of experience as a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technologist, required
  • 2+ years of experience as an MRI Technologist, preferred

Special Qualifications:

  • IV skills required
  • Knowledge of MRI procedures and standards
  • Demonstrate adequate knowledge of anatomy
  • Skill in operation of MRI equipment
  • Customer service background and focus
