We're entering a high growth phase and are looking for a Head of Growth and Demand Gen to own and scale one of its most critical growth levers going forward-enterprise demand & pipeline generation. This person will play a mission-critical role in the company's trajectory, and will be responsible for building a best-in-class, predictable, and repeatable enterprise demand gen machine.
About the Role
This is a role that's a high-impact, hands-on leadership opportunity for an operator who thrives in early-stage environments and wants direct ownership over outcomes. Reporting to the CEO, this role will own the design, execution, and continuous optimization of AllSpice's end-to-end demand strategy-building a predictable, repeatable enterprise pipeline that supports the company's growth.
This is a player-coach role by design. The right candidate will be as comfortable diagnosing funnel performance and setting strategy as they are rolling up their sleeves to launch campaigns, test channels, and iterate quickly based on data. Success in this role will be measured by pipeline quality, velocity, and consistency, with clear ownership of demand and accountability for revenue impact, not activity or vanity metrics.
What You'll Do
  • Enterprise Demand Generation: Design, execute, and optimize AllSpice's end-to-end demand generation strategy in support of pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Predictable Pipeline: Deliver consistent, scalable inbound and outbound pipeline with clear accountability for quality, velocity, and performance.
  • Funnel Optimization: Improve conversion across the funnel, with particular focus on lead nurture and lead-to-opportunity conversion.
  • Channel Expansion: Establish and scale at least two additional, repeatable pipeline channels beyond existing core motions.
  • Experimentation & Analytics: Implement strong experimentation frameworks and funnel analytics to inform channel mix, conversion, and efficiency.
  • Hands-On Execution: Roll up your sleeves to launch campaigns, run tests, and iterate quickly based on results.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Product & Engineering to align demand efforts with revenue outcomes.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience owning enterprise demand generation, with a track record of building predictable, repeatable pipeline.
  • Strong experimentation mindset: You test deliberately, learn quickly, and apply insights to improve results ("no same mistake twice").
  • Comfortable operating end-to-end, from strategy through hands-on execution.
  • Highly analytical; able to diagnose funnel performance and translate data into action.
  • Bias toward action; you get things done in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
  • Highly organized, with a high bar for quality and attention to detail.
  • Open to leading and developing a small team, including setting expectations and driving performance.
  • Experience marketing to technical audiences (e.g., engineers, developers) or a demonstrated ability and genuine desire to learn quickly and engage deeply with a technical product and buyer.

Bonus Points
  • Able / willing to lead and developing a small team, including setting expectations and driving performance.
  • Background in developer tools, infrastructure, or bottoms-up SaaS is a plus.
  • Prior experience at an early stage startup or category defining company

Benefits
  • Competitive salary and equity
  • Top-tier health, dental, and vision insurance plans
  • Flexible PTO and remote work policy
  • Home + in-office equipment stipends
  • Annual company-wide off-sites and GTM team retreat
  • An opportunity to make a meaningful impact at a fast-growing company alongside a smart, supportive, and motivated team
