Job Description
The Manager of Clinical Skills Education provides operational leadership and coordination for the first- and second-year clinical skills curriculum across all LMU-DCOM campuses. Reporting to the
Clinical Medicine Dean, Harrogate, this position coordinates the day-to-day logistics of laboratories, simulations, clinical skills instruction, assessments, and educational events while ensuring
consistent implementation across campuses. By managing operational and administrative functions, the Manager enables the Clinical Medicine Dean to focus on curriculum innovation, faculty recruitment and development, educational quality, and strategic growth of the clinical skills program
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
Experience in higher education, healthcare, simulation, medical
education, or a related field.
Strong organizational, project management, and communication
skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and the ability
to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting undergraduate medical education or clinical
skills curricula.
Experience coordinating simulations, standardized patient
activities, or laboratory instruction.
Experience with educational technology, scheduling systems, and
event coordination
Physical Demands
Frequently sits, stands, and walks throughout laboratories and
educational facilities.
Frequently lifts, carries, and moves educational equipment and
supplies weighing up to 30 pounds.
