Job Description

Park 6 Logistic is seeking an organized and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our Cincinnati team.

In this role, you will assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of company events and promotional activities. You will work closely with team members, vendors, and event participants to ensure each event runs efficiently and delivers a professional experience from beginning to end.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, staying organized, and being actively involved in bringing events to life.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning and coordination of events from preparation through completion.
  • Support event logistics, scheduling, materials, and on-site organization.
  • Communicate professionally with vendors, team members, attendees, and other event partners.
  • Help prepare event spaces and ensure materials and resources are ready before each event.
  • Coordinate event timelines and assist the team in keeping activities on schedule.
  • Provide professional support to guests and attendees during events.
  • Identify and resolve unexpected issues quickly and effectively.
