What You'll Do

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll own and optimize many of our digital marketing initiatives while working closely with internal teams and trusted external partners.

Website Management

You'll become the go-to expert for our company website and digital presence.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and updating our WordPress website with engaging, accurate content.
  • Building landing pages, blog posts, and other website content.
  • Improving website performance, user experience, and SEO.
  • Researching new website capabilities and recommending improvements.
  • Coordinating with external web developers and hosting partners on technical updates and enhancements.
  • Ensuring content is accurate, current, and aligned with company branding.
Email Marketing

You'll own the execution of our email marketing initiatives through ActiveCampaign.

You'll:

  • Design and launch email campaigns and automated customer journeys.
  • Create engaging email templates and nurture campaigns.
  • Segment audiences and maintain a healthy contact database.
  • Monitor campaign performance including:
    • Open rates
    • Click-through rates
    • Deliverability
    • Engagement metrics
  • Continuously improve campaigns through testing and optimization.
Marketing Analytics & Reporting
