Wellbound CHHA is currently seeking a Full-Time Scheduling Coordinator to support our Scheduling Department. This role is critical to ensuring that all scheduling needs are met efficiently while aligning with the organization’s operational goals and business objectives.

The Scheduling Coordinator will proactively collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate coordination of healthcare services for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, schedule, and organize the delivery of healthcare services to patients

  • Collaborate proactively with colleagues to support departmental and organizational objectives

  • Manage data entry and electronic scheduling systems (HCHB experience required)

  • Answer phone calls, file documentation, and support electronic transitions

  • Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times

  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail in all scheduling activities
