What we are looking for...

TIG welding positions. 1 Part time and 1 full time position. Aluminum experience required! We are looking to start one full time welder as soon as possible, The part time positions we can start anytime, the sooner the better. These positions will become full time starting in March or April. Qualified applicants should possess an excellent aptitude for welding aluminum, attention to detail, and ability to read blueprints. Experience is required. This is a production welding position in a clean working environment, manufacturing high performance heat exchangers for automotive applications. Competencies needed: strong communication skills, able to work effectively with staff, and able to establish/sustain effective work systems.
What you'll do...

  • Inspect components prior to welding. (Blueprint reading is a must)
  • Assemble parts according to drawing
  • Tig weld products
  • Pressure test products
  • Handle product carefully
What you'll need:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Must have minimum of 2 years of welding experience on aluminum
  • CNC Brake experience a plus
  • “Hands on” individual capable to work under minimum supervision
  • Must have strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Must have a track record showing a strong “service” oriented propensity to help others
  • High Attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze/ modify/ create procedures when necessary
