Job description

Revolution Fence Company is expanding our fabrication capabilities and seeking a highly motivated Fabrication & Operations Lead to help design, implement, and manage our fabrication shop processes. This role blends hands-on welding/fabrication with building scalable systems, procedures, and team capability to deliver custom gate fabrication, railing, dumpster enclosures, and other small-scale metalwork. You will be part of a growth-focused culture that values teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage the fabrication division’s end-to-end process: from intake and estimating to production planning, quality control, and delivery.
  • Develop and document shop procedures (work orders, cut lists, nesting, welding procedures, QA/QC checks, SOPs, safety programs).
  • Create project timelines, material planning, and budgeting for custom fabrication jobs.
  • Lead hands-on welding/fabrication for aluminum, galvanized steel, and related materials as needed (MIG/TIG/STICK).
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings; translate customer requirements into actionable fabrication plans.
  • Maintain equipment maintenance schedules, tooling inventory, and safety compliance.
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and customers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Foster a safe, collaborative, and respectful work environment; uphold OSHA and industry safety standards.

  • Required Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years hands-on welding/fabrication experience; 1+ year in a supervisory or process-improvement role (fabrication shop, metal fabrication, or equivalent).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
