Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Full-Time Positions Available:
Open schedule #1: 5AM - 1PM, every other holiday and every 4th weekend rotation
Premium Pay for weekend hours = 1.5x base pay.
RN Starting at $38.41-39.66/hr weekdays + weekend hours premium pay (Up to $59.49/hr)
LPN Starting at $31.17-32.42/hr weekdays + weekend hours premium pay (Up to $48.63/hr)

  • Provide preventive, restorative, and emergency nursing care.
  • Monitor residents' health and update care plans as needed.
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately.
  • Documentation.
  • Support and educate direct care staff.
  • Communicate with residents, families, and care teams.
  • Respond quickly to health emergencies.
  • Coordinate with pharmacies, labs, and providers.
  • Assist residents to medical appointments as needed.
  • Maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality.
  • Supervise Certified Medication Aides.
  • Assist with resident care and staff health monitoring.

Requirements:
  • Certification as a licensed practical nurse or registered nurse
  • Current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
  • Ability to lift 35 pounds independently.
  • Valid driver's license, Ability to qualify as an approved driver.

Pay is based on experience, education, and any previous loyalty to H&D.
