Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop, implement, and oversee an innovative business development strategy to expand our client's reach in the hospice sector across multiple states.

- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

- Partnership Development: Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, insurers, and key stakeholders to enhance service offerings and market presence.

- Team Management: Lead and mentor a dedicated business development team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages high performance and professional growth.
