This is a remote role based in Salinas, California, enabling you to work from any location within the state. Our telehealth facility utilizes advanced technology to facilitate seamless and secure online therapy sessions. As a member of our clinical team, you will have access to ongoing training and resources, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

• Conduct individualized online therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to support clients dealing with a variety of mental health issues.
• Develop tailored treatment plans to address specific client needs, focusing on stress management, coping strategies, and personal goal setting.
• Utilize telehealth platforms efficiently, ensuring secure and confidential client interactions while maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to continuously improve our telehealth programs, sharing insights and participating in team meetings to discuss client progress and program effectiveness.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities provided by the organization.

Your work will focus on a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. Some may be struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, grief, or other mental health challenges. As a mental health professional, you will be expected to provide culturally sensitive and affirming care, recognizing each client's unique experiences and needs.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Active licensure in California as an LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) is necessary, or the ability to obtain licensure pending qualifications.
• At least two years of proven experience in delivering therapeutic services to individuals or groups, showcasing a strong foundation in mental health practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize and connect effectively with clients.
• A genuine commitment to providing culturally competent care and promoting inclusivity within mental health services.

• Experience in a telehealth setting is preferred, as familiarity with virtual platforms and remote counseling methodologies will enhance service delivery.
• Knowledge of various mental health assessment tools and therapeutic modalities.
• Experience in program development or improvement initiatives is a plus, given our focus on elevating client care.
