Job Summary:
As the Virtual Observer, you provide continual observation of assigned patients to meet their safety needs.
In this role, you will verbally redirect the patient from engaging in risky behavior and call on the nursing staff if the patient requires assistance.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Skills: Must have basic math skills, read, and write, understand directions, communicate, and respond to inquiries. Must have basic computer operations skills including Microsoft Windows. Must have observation, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills necessary to work productively with patients, families, and health care personnel.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
  • Skills: Previous experience in a clinical or hospital environment

  • Years of Experience: Previous direct patient care experience

  • Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant
