About the Role
Clark Hill PLC is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for its Chicago, Detroit, or Pittsburgh office. Candidates must have a minimum of one (1) year of Marketing experience, preferably for a law firm or professional services organization. The Marketing Coordinator supports the firm’s profile-raising efforts by helping execute strategic initiatives that enhance brand visibility, support attorney practices, and drive engagement across digital and traditional channels. This role is hands‑on and collaborative, with responsibilities spanning marketing materials, multimedia marketing efforts, social media administration, and website maintenance. This role also supports the responsible use of AI-powered tools to improve content efficiency, digital visibility, and discoverability across search engines and AI-driven platforms. This is a hybrid position, requiring the Marketing Coordinator to be in the office at least 3 days per week.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Creating marketing materials, including brochures, digital ads, and presentations;
  • Using AI tools to support content drafting, editing, and ideation while ensuring accuracy, brand voice, and professional responsibility compliance;
  • Drafting, scheduling, and publishing social media content highlighting attorneys, though leadership, firm news, and events; and
  • Tracking deadlines, managing marketing calendars, and maintaining organized project documentation; and
  • A track record of excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), social media tools, and basic analytics;
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva);
  • Experience with video editing and multimedia content creation; and
  • Ability to use AI-powered marketing tools for content creation, analytics, and/or workflow efficiency with the ability to evaluate output critically prior to use.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field;
  • Excellent attention to detail with superb proofreading skills;
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a high-volume and diverse workload able to handle multiple tasks at one time with exceptional organizational skills; and
  • Must have sound professional judgment and discretion when interacting with clients, potential clients, guests, coworkers, and others.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
The salary range at the time of posting is $50,000 - $70,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, Clark Hill offers employees the ability to participate in health insurance with optional HSA/FSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, 401K, vacation, sick time, parking/public transportation allowance, and an employee assistance program.
