As a Manager, Site L&D, you will be part of the Site Operations team to administer the training program and provide effective support for managers and learners. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring compliance and operational readiness by managing the site's Learning Management System (LMS) and maintaining critical training documentation in accordance with established processes.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Systems Administration & Expertise:Serve as the site expert for SuccessFactors (LMS), managing the creation, modification, and obsoletion of courses and classes. You will act as Tier 1 troubleshooting support for system issues, manage curriculum assignments, and ensure all system tasks align with the assigned security roles and global SF Guidebook.
  • Compliance & Audit Readiness:Support site-wide audit readiness by processing credits for classes and OJTs, maintaining required training files according to record retention requirements, and completing periodic reviews. You will provide accurate reports from the LMS to track site learning metrics and performance.
  • Content & Documentation Management:Serve as the Veeva Document Controller and Owner for the Learning team. You will lead the coordination of the periodic review process for courses, write and maintain site procedures, and create "read-and-sign" training materials within the quality management system.
  • Operational Program Ownership:Coordinate the New Employee Orientation (NEO) program in partnership with HR and local SMEs to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. You will also provide support for instructor-led training coordination and act as the primary contact for the EBS centralized ticketing team.
  • Business Partnering & Communication:Act as a trusted resource for site employees and managers, supporting them with learning plan management and communicating system or process updates. You will collaborate with the broader site Learning team to ensure local processes remain aligned with global standards.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

  • Education:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience:Previous experience with L&D administration activities and managing data within a Learning Management System.
  • Skills:System proficiency in SuccessFactors and MS Office. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills with a demonstrated excellence in customer service.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):

  • Previous experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., FDA or USDA).
  • Experience acting as a Document Controller within Veeva QDocs.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and support backup needs for other manufacturing sites within the network.

Additional Preferences:

  • Minimal travel to other manufacturing site or HQ (<10%)
  • Yellow belt or green belt certification
