Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, and production operations for a growing beauty and fragrance company. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, warehouse leadership experience, and a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily shipping, receiving, fulfillment, and warehouse operations
Pick, pack, and ship direct-to-consumer and wholesale orders
Receive, inspect, log, and unload raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished products
Coordinate pickups and deliveries with USPS, FedEx, UPS, and freight carriers
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts
Monitor inventory levels and ensure materials are available for production
Coordinate daily assembly and production workflows to meet customer order requirements
Track components, packaging, and labels to prevent production delays
Assist customers with order status, shipping updates, returns, and damaged items
Process refunds, exchanges, and carrier claims as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Requirements

2+ years of warehouse, inventory control, fulfillment, or related experience
Beauty, skincare, fragrance, or consumer packaged goods experience preferred
Experience with WMS inventory software and shipping platforms such as ShipStation preferred
Familiarity with USPS, FedEx, UPS, and freight carrier portals
Strong understanding of inventory control, cycle counts, stock allocation, and shrinkage prevention
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
Hands-on forklift operating experience required
Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment
Conversational or fluent Spanish required
