We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Entry Writer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for precision and detail, along with exceptional communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Customs entry Filing
  • ISF filing
  • Prepare and process import documentation in compliance with U.S. customs regulations.
  • Assist with the preparation of entry summaries and other required documentation for customs clearance.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing and storage of documents in paperless environment.
  • Communicate with clients, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Utilize Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint for efficient document management and communication.
  • Collaborate with the brokerage and freight forwarding teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments.

Qualifications:
  • 1 Year Experience in customs brokerage or freight forwarding.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in paperless environment.
  • Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
