Job Title: UKG Program Manager

Location: Seattle, WA (onsite)

Job Type: Full time

Job Description
  • Experience in managing large enterprise HCM transformation programs (Preferably UKG Pro WFM Implementation)
  • Ensure project milestones, budgets and resources are effectively managed
  • Oversee system configuration, data migration, testing, and deployment activities
  • Act as a primary point of contact between business, IT, vendors, UKG and TCS team members
  • Lead and Manage project team members
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Manage relationship with UKG team, third party vendors and Customers
  • Provide regular updates to all stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Strong knowledge of workforce management processes, including time tracking, scheduling and compliance. 
Good-to-Have: 
  • UKG Pro Integration or UKG Pro WFM certifications 
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills
  • Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.
